Grace-St. Luke’s Episcopal School will be using FACTS Tuition Management for all billing and collecting for the 2012-2013 school year. We will finish out this school year's incidental charges (After School Care, class trips, etc) under our billing system as it currently stands. But all charges related to the coming 2012-13 school year, beginning with tuition payments, will come from FACTS, and you will remit all payments to FACTS. And starting next fall, you can bid farewell to those somewhat confusing GSL statements and look forward to the convenience of online payments for tuition as well as all incidental charges. Here’s how the process will work:

  • All tuition payments (including your $500 non-refundable deposit) will be automatic payment (auto pay), meaning that the bank account or credit card you put on file when you enroll with FACTS online will automatically be charged on the due date you select with your payment plan. You can alternate between bank accounts and credit cards throughout the year. Please note that you will be charged a $35 fee if your bank draft or credit card is declined.
  • All incidentals will be billed monthly via email or mail notification (your choice), and you will be responsible for submitting the payment online or via check to FACTS. (You will have the option to “auto pay” incidentals during your registration process.)
  • As part of your re-enrollment, you will need to access GSL’s home page and click on the FACTS login button at the far right of the red navigation bar to enroll online. Or type this URL into your browser: https://online.factsmgt.com/Tmg/public/AgreementSignup.aspx?t=3G6JR

FACTS Online Enrollment Steps:

  • Under “New User” click the “Get Started” button.
  • Under “Student information” enter information for EACH child you are enrolling at GSL.
  • Select a payment plan option and your payment dates.
  • Enter the appropriate family contact information and create a username and password.
  • Select “use email for correspondence,” if you want to receive notifications via email. Otherwise you will receive paper reminders and invoices in the mail.
  • Enter financial account information for making payments.
    • You will have the option to enroll in “auto pay” for incidental bills, which means that your bank account or credit card will be charged on the due date. If you do not enroll in “auto pay” you will be responsible for paying your bill on time (online or via check to FACTS). Late fees will apply for payments not received by the due date.
  • Review your payment plan agreement summary and click the “Submit” button.
  • Print (and/or e-mail yourself) your Payment Plan Agreement Summary confirmation page. It includes your agreement number, which will be needed to reference your tuition payment plan with your school and FACTS.
    • YOU MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR FACTS PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT SUMMARY CONFIRMATION WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT CONTRACT!
  • GSL will then confirm your enrollment and you will receive a final email confirmation with payment dates AND amounts. 
    • You will have to contact GSL if you wish to change payment plan options after you submit your enrollment.
    • We will put Financial Aid recipients’ accounts on hold until awards are issued and payment adjustments can be made.
  • You will have 24/7 access to your account online to update personal information or change financial account information (allowing you the opportunity to switch back and forth between bank accounts and credit cards if necessary).
