Holiday Care - Registration

Students in pre-kindergarten through grades eight who wish to attend Holiday Care must be enrolled by the designated registration deadline. Holiday Care is provided for students who are enrolled as regulars in the Grace After Hours program. Your school account will be billed for holiday care on the next billing cycle after the holiday. A late fee of $5.00 per minute will be charged for any child who remains after 5:30 P.M.

Grace-St. Luke's reserves the right to cancel if a minimum of 20 students is not met. A seven (7) day cancellation policy will apply to allow parents ample time to make other arrangements for care. Parents may also cancel with a minimum of 7 days notice via email to Diann Youngblood. Students who are registered and do not attend will be charged the holiday care rate.

Unfortunately, Holiday Care for the week after Christmas, Dec. 27, 28 and 29, has been cancelled. With an extremely low enrollment it makes sense to close for that week.

Reminders

• Your child should bring a morning snack, lunch and a drink as the cafeteria will be closed.
