Policies & Registration Form

Summer Fest 2008 @ GSL is open to all students regardless of school affiliations.  To register, please complete the information below and send it to Grace-St. Luke’s, 246 S. Belvedere, Memphis, TN 38104. Courses are limited and often fill up quickly, so register now! Registration forms are due May 1st and must be accompanied by fees for all June camps.  July camp fees are due June 1st.  Please make checks payable to Grace-St. Luke’s School.

Campers may not register for a partial week. Late fees of $5 per minute will be charged for any child who remains after 5:30 p.m.  GSL reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, and you will be refunded for any such cancellations. GSL may also add a camp after the print date of this brochure. It is expected that every student attending GSL summer camps adheres to the school’s procedures and standards of behavior. GSL reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student who poses a discipline problem or disruption to the learning process and/or camp activities.
