Layne Wilson grew up in Memphis and graduated from Briarcrest High School. She received her degree in Piano Performance from the University of Memphis. While working on her master's, she taught piano at Rhodes College and the U. of M. She has soloed with the Arkansas Symphony and the U. of M. orchestra. She has also toured with the Kamren Ince group throughout Europe and in the United States. Layne loves teaching music and theatre at Grace-St. Luke's and performing in local productions.
