Sharon Truitt was born and raised in West Memphis, AR, and attended St. Michael’s Catholic School and Bishop Byrne High School in Memphis. She went to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Prior to becoming part of the faculty at Grace-St. Luke’s, Sharon taught 3rd and 4th grade in West Memphis for 10 years. This is her seventh year at Miss Lee’s teaching Fun & Fitness and her third year teaching music. She enjoys reading, water skiing, snow skiing and spending time with her family. Sharon and her husband Kelly, a GSL alum, have two children currently enrolled at Grace-St. Luke's.
