Lower School Maternity Leave Teacher

Grace-St. Luke's is seeking an enthusiastic educator to serve as a Lower School Maternity Leave Teacher, from August 2025 through early November 2025. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, updating student records, and working with colleagues in delivering an outstanding Lower School experience. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our program, supervising and engaging with students, creating and implementing activities, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents. This position works closely with teachers, students, parents, and administrators in a variety of capacities.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field, be a self-starter with the ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be approachable and genuine, possess strong ethics, a love of Lower School children, and a sense of humor. Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required.

Middle School Math Teacher

Grace-St. Luke's is seeking an enthusiastic educator to serve as a Middle School Math Teacher for the 2025-26 school year. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, updating student records, and working with colleagues to deliver an outstanding Middle School math curriculum. This teacher will support and guide students in their academic growth by fostering a positive learning environment, setting high expectations, and providing the necessary resources to help them succeed. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of children, supervising and engaging with students, creating and implementing activities, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents. This position works closely with teachers, students, parents, and administrators in a variety of capacities.

Elementary Lead Teacher

Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School seeks an enthusiastic and mission-aligned educator to fill a Lower School lead teaching position for the 2025-26 school year. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, updating student records, and working with colleagues to deliver an outstanding elementary curriculum. The successful candidate will have a college degree in education or other related field. Teaching certification or master's degree a plus, as well as experience with a reader's and writer's workshop model of instruction. The successful candidate will possess a sense of humor, a professional attitude, a desire to work with elementary-aged children, and the ability to communicate positively and constructively with parents. Technology skills are a plus, as is prior experience.

Preschool Assistant Teacher

Grace-St. Luke's is seeking an enthusiastic and mission-aligned educator to serve as an assistant teacher in the preschool for the 2025-26 school year. A preschool assistant works closely with and supports the lead teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans and delivering a play-based curriculum for our students. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the program, supervising and engaging with students, creating and implementing activities, guiding and supporting children in their development of interpersonal skills, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents. This position works closely with teachers, students, parents, and administrators in a variety of capacities. Maintenance Specialist

Grace-St. Luke's is seeking an individual to join the facilities and maintenance team. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. The successful candidate will have basic knowledge in one or more of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry. Experience in general building maintenance is a huge plus. This individual must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work independently across the school's busy campus.

Substitute Teacher Position - All grades

There are opportunities throughout the year to serve as a substitute teacher at the Preschool, Lower School, and Middle School levels. We are seeking mission-appropriate individuals who can specialize in one or more of these age groups. Substitutes are responsible for implementing lesson plans, updating student records, and working with colleagues to deliver the specific curriculum needed depending on the particular assignment.  Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the program, supervising and engaging with students, creating and implementing activities, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.
