Strategic Plan

Grace-St. Luke’s Episcopal School’s most recent Strategic Plan, Balancing Innovation and Tradition, was approved by the Board in 2018 and is the result of contributions and input from a wide variety of stakeholder groups in our amazing community. We are currently at work on a new strategic plan that will be unveiled after our 2024 re-accreditation process through the Southern Association of Independent Schools.

Grace-St. Luke’s is a unique school and this past plan reflects our special community. We have grown and changed over the years, yet remain true to the essentials of our community, and deeply connected to our Episcopal tradition of knowing about, caring for, and developing the potential within each student. We are confident our forthcoming strategic plan will help us chart a successful course for future growth.
